- List every event: order created, refund, stock change, failed charge.
- Agree who retries, who gets the error email, and where logs live.
- Ship a staging test before production keys.
Start with those systems. Then connect the website. That order saves rebuilds — and it is the kind of ownership Kolkata companies should expect from a senior PHP/WordPress hire. Freelance briefs should include the other system’s API docs, not only a Figma file.
